Our homes were originally designed as permanent homes; mostly for Self Builders. Now they have been adapted and re-designed to comply with the precepts of the 1968 Caravan Act and can be used as Caravans, Mobile Homes and Holiday Lodges. They are manufactured to be sited on a chassis, a bogie, skids, piers, and pads – whatever suits your preference and site.
NB Although all our units are built to be effectively Building Regulations compliant they CANNOT be permanently secured to a traditional concrete foundation unless your site has planning consent for a permanent structure.
