We are a West Country based company of timber frame specialists offering services to customers across the country.

Timber Frame is fast, low cost, green, sustainable, durable and BEAUTIFUL. Take a look at our Gallery Pages – all these structures are built using a timber frame structural envelope.

You can see that they look just like any other house in town. Inside they have plastered walls and painted woodwork, outside they can be brickwork, stone, render, panelled or anything you like. Look at our Barns – you can, of course, clad our homes in timber for that beautiful old barn appearance as well.

We design, manufacture and build all types of structures from BARNS to MANSIONS with almost everything in between.

Most of our current workload falls into two categories:

•  TRADITIONAL TIMBER FRAME

Comprising Barns, Outbuildings, Garages and Parking Barns

Especially popular in this range is our double garage with a flat or office space built into the loft above. These cost from approximately £28,000 excluding VAT (or just £15,000 excluding VAT for the garage itself without a developed attic space.)

 

•  MODERN TIMBER FRAME

Comprising Homes, Annexes, Guest Quarters and MICRO LIVING by Soutra

Especially popular in this range of domestic accommodation homes is our range of
1 bedroomed and 2 bedroomed homes and annexes. These start from £33-35,000 excluding VAT.
